How to Measure Your Body For Size

Have your child stand up tall, legs together, arms at sides. Keep your tape measure parallel to floor as you measure each area.

Chest

Slide a measuring tape under his/her arms and measure around the widest part of the chest and back.

Waist

Measure the natural waistline which is the narrowest point of the torso, at or near the belly button.

Hips

Measure around the widest part of his/her hips
